Step 04

Pay the royalty and NRE to Integrator

The integrator is eligible to get paid for the framework and other S/W IP royalty as well as NRE for the integration work

Pay the royalty directly to Xperi

When mass production starts, Tier1 has to pay the HDRadio SDR solution royalty to DTS directly

License fees that have been paid to Xperi previously, excluding the SDR royalty, must continue to be paid as usual.

Only the chipset price shall be replaced with the above solution royalty

Obtain the library and pass it on

Xperi shall provide HDRadio library to the Tier1

Tier1 has to provide the library to the integrator
